A man is behind bars after speeding and driving drunk with four children in the car. Police pulled over Reginald Britton, 42, last Friday night after an officer said he saw Britton driving in excess of 90 mph. According to an arrest report, Britton was also drunk. Four children ages 2, 4, 7 and 9 were in the rear of the vehicle. Only one child was in a car seat and two shared a single seat belt.
